Passion for Pasta
I just had to give making pasta a try. Ottimo! (Excellent) I really enjoyed the process of kneading and stretching the dough. A wonderful basic to master, using a glass bottle worked really well.
After the pasta was stretched, I particularly enjoyed cutting and rolling out the pieces of pasta. It was satisfying, as at that moment the dough forms glorious pasta. Lovely!
The Final result. I made a large batch. So I cooked half and layered the rest onto a baking tray, ready for tomorrow. Delicious! For the recipe check out Paul Swanson’s Blog (it’s easier than it looks).
