Sketch Book Art
My two sketch books (art journals) and pencils are my gateway to creativity. I write down ideas , develop artwork and refine my skills. As all of my key art resources are in storage, I am focusing on Sketch book art. This image is the title page of my journal. This poster (shown as a cross section) was inspired my my visit to the Bauhaus Archive in Berlin.
The folling page in my journal is a montage of walking men, the shape of the pedestrian walk signal at the crossing lights of East Berlin. Our trip to Berlin last christmas increased my desire for sketching. So I will continue to add steches onto my blog for your viewing and artisic pleasure.
