what you’re going on about is kind of like – for months you have played your billy hyde practice pad, thinking, “man this doesn’t get any better” – you, the pad, an mp3 or two. then you get onto a real kit with a real band, and you realise how foolish you were.
aka – go and start a dancing bean franchise in Kiev or something and stop drinking crap coffee.
in other news, i am having chicken kievs tomorrow for dinner.

Dude, this reminds me of the similar vending machines in Prague & Budapest. Yes, I did have a couple of coffees from them in desperation, and they were surprisingly potable. The drink was pre-sweetened, but different enough to enjoy if i wasn’t thinking of it as “coffee”. Also, there’s a weird Czech “cola” which is really un-cola-like — any interesting soft-drinks or other beverages there in Ukraine?
