To Market to Market
Just to make you all jealous! We live in waking distance to a market, open six days a week. The fruit and veg is amazing at the moment. All of the fruit tastes better that it looks! We are loving it!
For $1.50 Aus we can buy a huge cup full of ripe, plump and sweet raspberries. We would have a photo to show you but, were too busy eating them:) Unlike Australia the fruit here is hyper seasonal (and tasty), so we make the most of it. In the city there are apple and pear trees everywhere, Paul gets a kick out of that. It is quite a contrast to the white and grey in the middle of winter.

Mmm — it must be wonderful to have access to both a) a fresh produce market and b) your own kitchen! It’s not the same cooking in a hostel. How is the kitchen in your flat anyhow?
