Sea Leg Chefs

Sea legs are required to cook fish for the sandwiches. In a moored boat along side the dock, the chefs barbecue fresh sea fish while remaining standing (which is particularly impressive when a large ship comes past). A perfect last meal in Istanbul on our final day. We love the fish sandwich!
